Families beware, mediocre experience
I met some pretty nice staff who tried to help me with my needs but it was all kinda falling apart. The pool was decent, at least the kids had fun while I was stressed about everything else, like beds and bugs.
It wasn't exactly cheap but you get what you pay for, right.

Early check-in, parking on-site. Cool rooms for the value available. Lots of goodies for breakfast.

We didn't have time, so stayed here only for 3 nights, however everything was great. Liked spotless a double room with clean bathroom, wouldn't mind staying there all day. It was such great time in Arlington...

Great employee attentiveness, quiet, homey, great breakfast.
I didn't try the elevator...the stairway was stuffy. No multiple entrances for shorter travel to some rooms.

The location was great
The air conditioner was not up to par, put it on 60 and it should have been freezing but it wasn't. Also, the night we arrived I could smell smoke down the hallway even I didn’t smell it in my room but just the fact I smelled smoke wasn't something I wanted to encounter due to allergies. Smoker rooms should be separated. Parking was a problem the first night we arrived, none was available. Also, I called prior to arrival to let them know I was on my way bcuz I indicated my arrival would be between 10 - 12. The guy that answered said that he charged my card already. I thought that was not good customer service to call me first to make sure of my arrival but I think he was hoping that charge didn't go through so he could rebook the room.

Pretty comfortable and easy to get to
Pool was disgusting which was a total let down, my fiancé cleaned it out himself. Wifi didn't work. Tv didn't work. Breakfast was cold and gross. There were no chairs to lay out in at all by pool. No elevators.

missingWrote a review on 18 Septreliable air conditioningcozy bedconstant noiseneglected hotelbilling confusion
The air conditioning provided a much-needed relief in the summer heat, and the comfort of the bed made it easy to relax. The walls seemed thin as noise from other rooms was a constant disruption. Even loud children running the hallways woke us early in the morning. The overall state of the hotel felt neglected, and billing issues added to the frustration of our stay.

The location only.
I was not told beforehand that pets cost extra. There were dirty towels hanging on the back of the bathroom door. There was water in the reservoir of the coffee maker. The microwave had not been reset, it still had time left for whatever whomever had heated up. The bed's comforter had a tear in it. Not good.

Location
Rooms felt muggy, needed cleaning, no elevators. Back doors were broken so safety was a concern

I had an awesome stay and really enjoyed the big TV and the super comfy bed in my room! The outdoor swimming pool was a great way to unwind after a long day. Just a heads up, the hot water in the sink was a bit tricky but it didn't spoil my visit at all 😊
